Channel Availability
Channel lists, VOD categories, EPG data and availability can change based on provider updates, maintenance or technical conditions.
Streaming Quality
Picture quality depends on your internet speed, device performance, app settings and network stability. A stable 20 Mbps or higher connection is recommended for HD/FHD viewing.
03 Subscription & Billing
Payment Terms: All IPTV plans are prepaid. Access is activated after payment confirmation and after the required account details are created or delivered.
Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless clearly stated. Customers are responsible for renewing their plan before expiry to avoid service interruption.
Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed according to our refund policy. Technical issues should be reported to support first so we can try to resolve them.
04 Acceptable Use

You may stop using the service at any time. Expired subscriptions will remain inactive unless renewed by the customer.
